Can this lap balm (carmex) easily be mistaken for lip stick?

Ok so I use carmex lip balm bc I got tired of my lips getting dryed or even chapped. However today when I was at the store I saw this one. It was “Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating” I thought it was probably better.

However can this easily be mistaken for lip stick?

NEW Maybelline 14hr Lipstick : Review

OPEN SESAME….. Would Lizzy Buy it Again: Probably not bc I don’t like the other shades…maybe just use this one and be done with it …we will see. I just realized they have this SAME color in their regular line of lipsticks This lipstick reminds me soooo much of PRIM ROSE! And if your looking to compare it with a higher end lipstick it looks like MACS Snob. So far this lipstick hasn’t let me down too much.
