When wearing high heels, is your whole foot supposed to rest on the shoe?
Just a question…started wearing high heels recently. My foot seems to arc over the shoe, so only the front and the back of my foot is able to touch the shoe. It places a lot of stress on my foot and it starts hurting a lot after just 30 – 60 minutes of walking in them.
Is this how high heels are supposed to be worn? Or is your entire foot supposed to rest on it?

Maybe you should go to a shoe store and ask them to help you find your perfect fit.

Can you lose nerve feeling in toes after cutting off circulation wearing high heels for too long?
I don’t wear heels that often and usually not more than a few hours but I ended up wearing them for roughly 6 hours for 4 consecutive straight nights. I have really poor circulation in my feet already but it’s been nine days and my three middle toes on my right foot are still numb on the tips- totally freaking out I’ve lost nerve feeling for good….

I think you will find this happens to all women, the price we pay for vanity!! it should come back in a while feet do not like heels, you may need to look at getting ones that fit yur feet better and allow you toes to be more comfy when you wear them
