How to be comfortable wearing sandals?

I never wear sandals…I don’t really know why. I’ve always just been more of a sneakers or boots kinda girl. So it’s weird to me now to try and wear sandals. Again, I don’t know why. I guess just because I never wear them. How can I feel more comfortable wearing sandals?

Just wondering because it seems the open toe shoe trend is fading. My son always wears shoes and socks even during the summer unless swimming.

Has anyone stayed at the Sandals WhiteHouse resort in Jamaica?

We are thinking about going there in MAY for our honeymoon? Any reviews, thoughts, advice, or tips?

Based on emails, here’s our Top Ten Answers for you:

Hey Rowena S,
Sandals WhiteHouse is awesome. I have stayed there 2 times. If you do book there you really do not want the French Building. It is the farthest from everything, but it is close to the swim up bar that is at that pool. The grill is also there and they have really good jerk chicken.
WhiteHouse is all by itself. There are no other resorts around so if you are into going to town for activities and shopping then you will not find it here. There is a lot to do there so if you are looking for an area that is not over populated you will love it there. The resort is very pretty like you are in 3 european villages. They have lot of activities and the food is really good. If you have any other questions or need any help let me know I am also a Sandals Specialist. I Love WhiteHouse. All rooms have some sort of ocean view and this is a very romantic resort. I will be visiting again in 2 weeks.
