How do I keep my eye shadow from coming off?
During the day, in about 3 hours, my eye shadow starts coming off. It seems like it just goes away in the crease. I use primer every morning and it still comes off. I have a oily face, could that have anything to do with it? What can I do to keep it from coming off?
