Anyone else lost their big toe nail? I want to wear sandals but not gross people out.?

I have half of my toe nail left. I am female and of course I want to wear sandals in the warm weather but I just know some one will notice it and think it’s digusting. I can’t blame them! I have thought about covering it with a press on toe nail but I’ve never used one before. Any suggestions? Thanks!
