How to prevent blisters from high heels?

I have the most nicest pair of high heels that I wear to church, but everytime I wear them they give me blisters on the back of my foot, and they’re really bad. The shoe like cuffs the back of your foot so when I walk it rubs up and down and hurts BAD. Other than wearing socks and looking tacky, watch can I do to prevent this??

Where ever it’s rubbing to make the blister put a cotton ball on it and put a band-aid over it, just make sure it doesn’t show. Like doctors do when they give you an IV. It helps cover the exposed area. You may also want to try going a size bigger or get the Dr. Scholls shoe inserts. They work great!

What are some alternatives to high heels?

I cannot walk in heels to save my life! even little 1″ ones lol…and even if i were to practice, they still kill my feet!
