For a boy, a pair of pants and a cute little shirt.
I don’t think people will be too worried about how formal a baby looks though so you don’t have to go over the top if they are not comfortable in the clothes. It’s better to have them happy and comfortable than to have them crying during the ceremony and having to take them outside!
