Why cant you change your earrings for 6 weeks after getting them pierced?
I just got my ears pierced today and I have cleaned them and rotated them. I can understand leaving the earrings in for a few weeks but 6 weeks seems really extensive in terms of time. Why can’t I replace my earrings with another pair within the 6 weeks? Maybe after 4?

Because they haven’t had time to heal yet. Taking things out and putting them in adds unnecessary strain on what is essentially a healing wound. Doing so would extend the time needed to heal even further, and could easily promote infections or keloiding.
They take quite a while to really heal. 6 weeks is a good length of time to wait.

How can i wear big earrings without my ears lobes stretching?
When i don’t wear any earrings my ear lobes are fine when i wear small earrings there fine too but when i try to wear bigger earrings they stretch and go down….how can i stop that?

If the earrings are heavy as well as big, that might be what is causing it. I would suggest looking for earrings with the dangly parts made of plastic or rubber as opposed to metals. Aside from that, there isn’t much you can do. So long as you don’t wear big earrings all the time, your ears will always go back to their regular size, they will only stretch temporarily while you are wearing the big earrings.
