how do you get rid of the bumps on your toes formed by the pressure of wearing high heels?

I wear high heels to wear every day and I love it! Unfortunately, the pressure from the shoes has formed bumps on my toes. Anybody have advice on what I can apply on it to get rid of them and prevent them from forming?

Hey ,
That depends where you are. Here in the UK there is a intensive moisturiser from Scholls that is especially formulated to soften tough skin on your feet. You can apply it on your heel, or on the bumps.

I wear 4.5 -5 inch stilettos to work everyday, but in order to keep my feet nice and callous free, I have to moisturise my feet twice a day (morning and evening) and use a foot polisher to rub away the hard skin on the bumps and then apply the moisturiser.

whats the quickest way to break in my new high heels?

Is it okay to try on high heels without wearing stockings?
