Why will my DVD player not play a film I have burned from my laptop?
The DVD is a DVD-R. I seem to have done everything needed to complete the burning and it will play on my laptop but when i try and play it on a DVD player it will not work. The Film is originally from a DVD ( a wedding video) and i then copied it. Im am not that technical so you need to talk in basic terms! ;0)

They are called RCA plugs. The red and white ones are for the left and right and the yellow one is for video. Probably only about $ 10 or less unless you want the gold tipped ones which run about $ 20 and supposedly have better performance.
