I had the front part of my diamond earring stuck in my actual EAR this morning.. Does it damage hearing?

When it was stuck in my ear, I heard a sound that was sort of like the sound when you’re trying to pop your ears when you’re in a plane. Like a crackling sound.

I got it out and it was okay but is there any permanent damage to a situation like this? I don’t notice any difference in my hearing as of now but I do have a slight phantom sense of that earring stuck in my ear, sort of like it’s wet in my ear or something.

It depends on how deep the actual earring went into your ear hole. I do not think this would really do any extensive damage due to the fact to actual damage the ear drum you will have to stick something reaaaally far into your ear canal and not to mention it is very painful. Wait it out a couple of days and if you start hearing a ringing sensation or if that ear is very sensitive, go see your primary care physician. Otherwise it should be fine. Usually people that have hearing damage know immediately because they can not hear out of that ear. I get it a lot from workers who come to the emergency room and work in a work environment with debris.

What is the length across a 1/2 carat round cut diamond earring measure?

I recently bought some earrings online from Macy’s. They had this
big promotion advertised online and TV. So, I bought some. I’ve seen emerald cut and thought 1/2 carat would be fine for me. Now that I see these 1/2 carat round cut diamond earrings, they seem extremely small to me. They seem like they are not 1/2 carat at all, but I don’t know for sure. I need advice. Help me.

Diamond stud earrings on a young guy? Yay or nay?

I was recently dragged to get my ears pierced by my brother. He convinced me that its in style, but to be honest, I’m not exactly in love with it. I think it looks okay, but I’m not really the type of person that likes to draw attention to himself.

Are earrings on guys really the trend nowadays? I’ve seen guys around the mall with them, but I’m kind of on the fence with it. I’ve been told they look good, but I don’t really know if I like them yet.

What do you think about guys with diamond stud earrings?

If not a diamond stud, what are some good earring for a guy? Like I said, my bro dragged me to go get them pierced with him. I just went cuz I figured I could always remove if I don’t like them.
