Where can I get a cute semi-formal dress?
I need a cute dress but i’m a little self concious of my arms so I want a dress that has flowy sleeves or something. I was thinking maybe something off the shoulders or low cut in the back. I am also a college student so I want something cute but classy. Any ideas or places to get cute dresses?
