i have green eyes and my eye shadows are 3-kit, i have purples, greens, browns, whites, and blues for shadow, what i would like to know is whats the best way to apply it? There is a dark color, medium and light as you probly know. Also apply liner before or after? No. not at all. If you don’t like having dirty brushes (like me) use one brush for more natural colors, and one for brighter. But you should use different brushes for different kinds of eyeshadow. like cream and powder.
