Im thinking bout buying a genuine diamand earring but i dont know what “clarity” and “color” means when it comes to quality. here is what the seller claims…

No, this is crap… I1 means industrial grade. H may appear slightly off-white in a white gold mount.
Clarity isn’t whether it sparkles – that’s cut… clarity is whether or not it’s got chunks of carbon in it (or other inclusions). The clarity can be “Flawless” F, or “Very Very Slightly Included” VVS, or “Very Slightly Included” VS, or “Slightly Included”, or “Included” – this one is I… it is included… it isn’t good.
Color can be D, E, F, G, H, I…. With “D” being colorless, and each step being slightly more color… once you get to “H” you’ll probably think it’s a little yellow in a white gold mount.
