How long and how much to get a formal/prom dress made?

I want to get my graduation dress made. It’s a rather elaborate dress, lots of little details etc but the cut is made from basic pre-existing patterns.It has volume and layers at the bottom.

How long do you suppose it would take a dress maker to make? How much money?
