Why, whenever i apply eye shadow do i notice the dark circles alot more?

I tried to find a concealer that is lighter than my base make up but im pretty pale lol any tips?

lol i have the same problem. im so pale you could call me see-through! if you cant find concealer then try an eyeshadow color that’s about your skin tone, such as a peach or white color and apply a little bit under your eyes where the dark spots are. you could also try a little shade of your eyeshadow color. good luck

If you put eye shadow under your eye liner will it last longer?

Like lets say you found your eye liner wasn’t working well enough for you, ive heard you could put eye shadow under it and it holds it in place. Also does it really look good if you put a color shadow that matches the one you wear on your top lid? Not just a plain or black one? Because sometimes these long lasting eye liners are to expensive, and when i do buy them sometimes they start melting off to!
