We just bought a new TV with tons of places to plug thing in but our playstation and DVD player all have the red white and yellow plugs. There is only one place to plug these in. Well I don’t know how come your TV only has 1 R/W/Y plug in. Well anyways, see if your DVD player has a HDMI plug in. If it does, get a HDMI cable ($ 15-25) and use it for your DVD player. You will experience great picture and audio quality by using those. You can use the one and only R/WY plug in your for your PlayStation then. Also, see if you can connect your DVD player to the TV by using S-video cables if you don’t want to spend $ 25 on a HDMI cable. You will still notice a difference compared to R/W/Y cables.

What is the mode for recording shows on a Toshiba DVD player/recorder and play it on a computer DVD player?
On the DVD recorder, the modes are LP, EP, SP, XP, SEP, and SLP

What file extensions does a magnavox dvd player read?
I am trying to burn files on to dvd with my home computer and play them on my magnavox dvd player, and it wont play. A message on the tv screen from the dvd player says ” playback feature may not be available” PLEASE HELP! Thank You

You need to read the User manual and Specs of YOUR DVD model.
If it has a DivX logo, try creating .avi or .divx files using an MPEG-4 (part 2) or Divx codec.
