The brand really doesn’t matter. It’s the color that does. Just get a simple brand like “Mary-Kay”. For blue eyes, I would recommend white, light brown, hazel, or a little touch of blue eye shadow. It also depends on what your outfit colors are. Don’t wear some black outfit, and out brown eye shadow. Doesn’t go. Try to be creative with you choosing, or I should say wise.

Is a shimmer eye shadow better or worse than a matte?
I ordered the 88 matte eye shadow from bh cosmetics yesterday and now im not sure if that was the best idea bc i also kinda like the shimmer now and i can only get one. i don’t want something that is really shimmery nor do i want something that is extremely bold and solid if you know what i mean. so in your opinion, which is better?
