What is a really good eye shadow primer?
I don’t really have a price budget, just whatever works well. I have tried one from ULTA professional, a waste of my $ 12, my eye shadows didn’t even last 2 hours. I’ve also tried the L’Oeal De-Crease, I found it very sticky and hard to work with, but that’s just my opinion. What do you recommend? Thanks!
