I am wondering if i need to buy expensive ones, or should i wear panty hose or what? I wore high heels for the first time awhile back and they tore my feet open and left me with sores for months! What are some good gel foot insoles for high heels?
the balls of my feet always hurt when wearing heels (even little ones), so i think i want to buy those gel insoles, because i heard they really help. i know that the ones made by dr.scholls are good. is there any other brand that is worth buying? i would just love something to put in my shoes so the balls of my feet dont hurt from heels. thanks, and i appreciate any help.

I don’t know of any other brands sold over the counter other than Dr. Scholls but I would recommend checking with the pharmacist to see what they say.
I would also recommend a consultation with a foot specialist called a Podiatrist to have them evaluate the foot pain further to see if something else is going on besides the shoes.
