Men: slacks (or even chinos) and a collared shirt (pressed)… tucked, nice belt, and shirt at least mostly buttoned.
Go with a nice watch, and maybe dress shoes (but even leather sandals could work).
Women: skirt and a nice top… or a dress (tropical? floral is nice… nothing fancy, but fun) and heels (or at least leather flats)… and jewelry.
Both: Hair done (ladies: probably up)
