i’m extremely flat chested too. what i do is i get a bikini (one pieces make you look too flat) that fits in size but not bust but has removable padding in it. instead of removing it, add some additional padding instead. if you can’t find any, you can take some from other swimming suits.

I found this cute swim suit but then the back of the bottom really bothers me cause there is a line where your butt is. so i was wondering if anyone could find a bottom that would match this top. Also cheap!!!
