Do I have to wear something over a sleeveless dress to a formal winter wedding?
My husband’s cousin is getting married in Delaware in the middle of January. The ceremony is in a church and then the reception is in a very nice hotel. I bought a floor length black formal dress that is sleeveless. I am a VERY hot natured person, do I have to wear something over the dress? Also can I wear strappy dress shoes?
