How do you remove earrings painlessly?
I had my ears pierced in March of this year; their condition has been going on-and-off (good and then bad and then good), but the thing is, everytime I try to remove them, it is hard for me. I can’t seem to take my earrings off without using too much force, thus causing me a little pain. I try to be gentle, but it’s not enough to get them off and replace them.

what to do if you have sensitive skin and want earrings?
I have really sensitive skin so whenever i wear earings my ears get infected. Do i need a certain kind of earings? I am also hoping to get my nose pierced, will it do the same thing as my ears? What about the tongue?

The best is the hypoallergenic posts. I’ve for gotten the name of the other but
basically the same thing. If you have sensitive skin I would not recommend
getting your nose or tongue pierced as that will lead to serious trouble. What I
have done is dip the post into Polysporin and that does help. I think the other is
stainless steel or something. The best thing to do is ask where earrings are
sold maybe.

Can i replace the earrings in a personal ear piercer?
So, today i bought a personal ear piercer, its like a clip to pierce your ear and i was just wondering if you can reuse it by putting another earring in there?
*Well i bought it at a beauty supply shop, it was only $ 12 so I’m guessing i have to get those one with the containers when i want to pierce my ear again? And it’s like a clip not a gun.

how are earrings and the earring backs cleaned?
I have several earrings that just need to be cleaned and would like the gook in the earring backs to be cleaned. Does anyone know how to clean them?

Hey alyface,
I clean my earrings using rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab or cotton ball/pad. As for that stuff that builds up on the back of your earring, you can just push it all out with the needle of your earring. That’s what I do. Then once it all comes out, clean out the back really slowly with a cotton swab that was dipped in rubbing alcohol. You could even stretch out the cotton on the cotton swab a bit so it becomes more pointy and so you can reach all the areas in the back. I do this all the time and it works really well. It really cleans everything out. Don’t forget to wash your ear lobes and then swipe them with rubbing alcohol before you put the earrings back in.
