Do you have to ease in to wearing high heels?
I am a 30yr old woman who just bought a couple of pair of heels to spice up my wardrobe a little. What I want to know is, physically is it going to hurt me(back and feet) for just jumping in these shoes and going for it? I’ve noticed my standing posture is completely different while wearing them and my lower back seems to bother me while having them on. Curious is all. Thanks for any real feedback.
