What’s the best way to get used to a new pair of high heels?
The gf just bought some 4(!)inch heels, she’s not used to wear such heel heights but she’s in love with those shoes and she wants to break them in and master them as soon as possible. Now she’s walking back and fort in those shoes in the house for almost 2 hours. She has painful feet already but she insists. Beauty overrules the pain I guess…
Maybe someone here with some better tips that are not that hard for her feet..

If she did only wear flat shoes until now I am not surprised she has sore feet.
You have to get used to high heels, start with 2 “, if oyu can wear this without problems for longer time, you should wear 3″ until you got used, then you can try 4″ heels. With 4″ heels there are other muscels in your calfes required then with flat heels, and it is necessary that this muscels get time to develope, have enough power and endurance.
Helpful is too to make some exercises to train the necessary muscels, stand barefoot on the floor and raise your heels, increase the number of repetitions,another way is to walk barefoot on the balls of your feet.

How come my feet are walking like this when i’m not wearing high heels ?
I work in an business high office building and our dress code for ladies is a skirt suit or dress suit and high heels stilettos so i usually wear 5 inch stilettos pumps to my office, i usually wear them all day and i have no problem. But when i’m at home sometimes when i walk my feet are walking like they are in heels but i’m not. Why is it making me walk like this ? Should i go get checked out by a doctor ? Is it abnormal ? Please help !
