is it bad to put lip stick under my eye?

haha you probably think im crazy xD
but i was out of conceler (i think i spelled that wrong) and i have horrible dark circles so i used a NUDE (i capitalized that because nude matches my skin color and im making sure you know i dont use like dark red pink ect.) color lip stick and it looked so natural and ive been using it for about 2 weeks but my friend says that its bad for your skin to do that but it works better than my conceler and is cheaper so is it bad?

I had purchased a tube of lipstick back in October. I love this color and Im running out!! I cant find it anywhere. and I cant make out the name because of the numbers from the store.

I bought it at Wallgreens. Its from Wet n wild. and it says fantasy makers and the numbers FOR the shade are 11091

I would apreshiate it if someone could find the right website to find it. Wet n wild website wont register it.
but like I said, its for Halloween….
