I don’t usually use eyeshadow, but i have ones in matte color since i tend to like matte. However, there are times when i want some shimmer, so i was wondering if there was something i can use on top or with all my matte eye shadows that would make it shimmery?

I have allergies to eye makeup and the only one I use is Maybelline mascara and never have problems. Same brand makes awesome eye shadows which I rarely use, but they’re affordable too. Almay would be my choice if I did have problems or concerns, but it’s more costly.

I love the shadows from kms mineral essentials. They are acutally mineral pigments. Pigments are more concentrated so you use less, they last longer than regular shadow, and don’t crease.
