To be perfectly honest, there haven’t been any tablet PCs released recently which are great for Flash and Photoshop. Unless you really need the mobility, I would suggest building a desktop and getting the Cintiq 21UX.

If you really need the mobility, get something with a Core i7 processor in it, and a dedicated graphics card. If you can’t find the dedicated graphics, get any graphics chipset that isn’t made by intel.

I need a laptop and a tablet for college but getting both would be extremely expensive. So what is the best combo for a laptop and a tablet? Or should I just get a mini laptop and then a tablet?

Im considering buying an iPhone 4S. I have an iPad 2 which I believe I wouldn’t use if I had the iPhone, becacuse Im also getting a Mac laptop in a few months. I dont have an iPod, so I could use the iPhone as an iPod an entertainment device.
