Okay so instead of using eyeliner i use black eyeshadow to tightline my upper waterline but after an hour it starts smudging onto the bottom. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

maybe something I can buy at target?? I dont want it to be really sticky or anything I tried even foundation it made the color brighter but it came right off so that didnt work! And I also tried the stuff from mac that helps keep it on and it made the eye shadow all clumpy and gross looking and made my eyes feel heavy!
