Finish with the definer shade as a liner or in the crease. Blend completely to soften the look. Next, apply eyeliner to the inner and outer rims for a more dramatic look. Then, apply volumizing mascara, starting at the base of the lash and wiggle all the way up. Apply two coats. Now, finish off this look with High Shine Liquid Lipstick. How long does it take for waterproof mascara to start having negative effects on your eyelashes, if any?
I’ve heard that using waterproof mascara can damage your eyelashes. Is that true?
Whether it’s true or not, I live in Canada where it’s snowing like crazy right now, so I have to wear waterproof everyday to school. I don’t expect the weather to warm up until at least March. If I wear waterproof almost everyday for a couple more months, will that be bad for my eyelashes?
