Are guys suposed 2 wear a cup (athletic supporter) for swimming under their swim suit?

So I am going to be on a swim team and I just got a swim suit (swim jamers). When I tried it on, I noticed the buldge on/in my suit. I didn’tknow if this was normal or if guys should wear a cup to cover this up. I don’t even know if they make cups you could wear in the water any way though so…. Help please!

What size am i in a swim suit?

i am a 34 A and i was just wondering what my swim suit size (small, medium, large) i should be in a top. I’ve tried an xs and its too small, and ive heard a small is almost the same. I am ordering a bathing suit from a different country so i cant go to the store and try it on
