What is the best waterproof digital camera?

I have been looking at the Olympus Stylus 1050 SW. Are there any better models? I like that it is waterproof/freezeproof/shockproof. Are there any others I should consider? I don’t really want to spend over $ 300. Thanks!

How does one transfer a digital camera picture to canvas?

Go to an office store and look for the special canvas paper that goes into your printer. It may be hard to find — try online, also, and it’s expensive, but that’s the only way I can think of other than painting it.

Which camera filters do I use on a digital camera for inside and outside?

I know there is 1, 2, and 3. I can’t remember which in indoor, which is outdoor, and what the other filter is used for.

Digital cameras don’t need filters for indoors, tungstan, florescent, or other types of lighting. Unlike their 35mm predecessors, digital camera have settings for different lighting enviroments builtin, and the images can be easily manipulated further in the computer.

The only filters I’ve used the last several years for my digital SLR have been UV or 1a protective filters for the front element, and an occasional polarizer.

Don’t let the camera salespeople make extra comission selling you filters that you don’t need.
