What or how is the best way to sell my diamond ring?
I have a very good quality engagement ring as well as a beautiful tanzanite ring that are not being worn and I need money desperately. I’m sure I first have to start with new appraisals since it has been around six years since I have gotten one. They are both rings that I love but have too much heartache attached. The money I receive could help me a lot. I don’t want to go through a big procedure to sell them. I also would be sceptical to auction them due to not being guaranteed of a good selling price. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has gotten excellent results in receiving top dollar for jewelry. I suppose I should have done this before Christmas. Maybe I can catch some Valentine’s Day Romantics. For personal reasons, that would be a very appropriate time to remove these rings from my life. Save a heart, help me do this.

How much is reasonable to ask for a .5 carat diamond ring?
I have a .5 carat (appx) emerald cut, yellow gold solitare diamond engagement ring I want to sell, but am not sure what is reasonable to ask for it. It has been worn, but is not damaged.
It was purchased at Helzberg Diamonds, and I believe it was about $ 1500 originally.

Question about diamond rings?
When my husband and I got married he went to the jewelry store and picked out my ring (which is beautiful) and I have not taken it off in the 6 years we have been married. It is not u r typical engagement ring it is more of a right hand type diamond ring. I did not say anything because he did go on his own and purchase this for me and it is beautiful. My anniversary is coming up and I was thinking that I would like to have a bridal set with the diamond and the wedding band and wear the ring that I have on my right hand but I don’t want to hurt his feelings. I had also thought that I could just go and by an anniversary band and wear on my right hand. I would very much like to hear opinions on this.

You r correct it is OUR anniversary, however, u don’t seem to have had many dealings with men. Most men could care less about jewelry and most men spend as much on there little hangups as woman do on theirs. To each their own I guess. P.S. I would buy him one but he don’t wear diamonds
