How do I get lashblast fusion mascara off?

I can’t get this mascara off and it wasn’t a waterproof one. I know its still on because my eyelashes are normally blond and their black. I have tried baby wipes, soap and water, eye makeup remover for washable makeup, eye makeup remover for waterproof makeup. Will it just eventually wear off?
