Hey Shinsengumi Warrior,
check out the model through the manufactures web site. My Philips plays both Divx and Xvid.

How do you sync multiple television screens to one dvd player?

We need one picture on multiple TV screens, say nine to ten separate screens. Kind of like how they have the same thing playing on all the screens at best buy at the same time.

Hey Marissa M,
Hi Marissa….There are many different ways as to do this and many differnt types of devices that can do the job for you…you will basically need a splitter type device and you can have a look on this website….”www.hdtvsupply.com” .You put this in the “search box” on their main home website page and type in….”one picture multiple screens” and have a look at what they have to offer and call them if unsure exactly what you require as you have not given enough info for me to give you a straight out answer ok….Cheers!

How to get my camcorder to burn a dvd that I can play on my dvd player.?

I have a panasonic mini dv recorder. I have loaded the video onto my computer and burned it onto a dvd-r disc. But it does not play in my dvd player. Do I need to convert it or do I need to use a different disc?

Based on emails, here’s our Top Ten Answers for you:

Hey luker,
The first thing to try is using a dvd+r disc. If that doesn’t work, it is possible that your DVD burner’s drivers, software, or hardware are out of date. Newer DVD players don’t always work with older burners. Try updating your drivers and software, but if that doesn’t work you may need a newer DVD burner to do what you’re trying to do.

how to burn the dvd with video to watch in the dvd player connected to tv?

i have a dvd writer.i can brun the cd and dvd only for audio.if i try to burn the cd or dvd with any video file and try to watch a movie in the normal dvd player connected to tv.it is not showing any video ,just a folder is seen.what software do i need to install for this.i want to downlaod movies from internet and burn the dvd with the movie and want to watch it in the tv connected to dvd player.

Based on emails, here’s our Top Ten Answers for you:

Hey Rinee Sam,
In order for video to be displayed on a standard DVD player it needs to be in the right format… some of the newer DVD players don’t care what format the video is in – it will display a directory with all the video files and you can just navigate to a dir and play the video file in there (did you try to navigate to the folder your dvd player is displaying and pressing select or play?) — anyway, in order to burn it “correctly” you will need a piece of software like Nero or any of the other commerically avail burner programs. It will create the AudioTS and VideoTS subdirectories and put everything in the right sequence.
