I have used eye shadow for eyeliner before. I just sprayed a small angled eyeliner brush with fix + from mac ( u can use water or eye drops or any mixing medium that you like instead) and put it on. It lasted for a while and it looked great

How to make eye shadow more even…?
I love playing around with different application techniques for eye shadow…but, even after careful application, I am never fully satisfied with the results. For some reason, no matter how hard I try, one eye always come out looking different than the other. It’s not a HUGE difference, but it bothers me that after careful application they still look uneven.
One of the problems could be that the vision in my left eye is horrible compared to the right. Maybe that has something to do with it…I’m not sure.
Does anyone have any tips or advice?

I think it’s probably because the first eye you apply it on has more shadow, then you apply it on the other eye with less, so that’s why it looks different. One eye is darker, one is lighter.

Hey ,
if you wear eyeliner on top, use LIQUID eyeliner. It stays put for ages.
Eyeliner on bottom, there’s no way round it. just buy a good pencil, work it across your water line on the bottom, put a good few layers. Smudge it along the line slightly.
I still have to apply pencil eyeliner every couple hours.
eyeshadow, there’s 3 parts to your eye when it comes to eyeshadow.
At first, put a light neutral colour as a base, that sort of matches your face colour all the way up your eye, up to just a cm below the eyebrow and make sure you put it in your crease. the bit that goes in 
then use a second base colour that you want as your main colour, apply that over your lid up to the same place as the bottom base or just below. then add a darker colour, a brown, black, whatever you have to be adventurous! haha, so put that into your crease line and make circular motions with the eyeshadow applicator if it looks quite dark and random, blend the edges of the dark into the lighter colours. then take a light colour such as a pearl, white, light baby pink and put it under your eyebrow, this acts as a highlighter! then you’re ready to go
