Diamond earring dropped in the toilet and flushed … Any chance to get it back?
My wife dropped one of her precious diamond earrings in the toilet, then flushed it and then noticed it. Don’t blame her – she was sleeping in those, it was early morning and apparently she did not open her eyes…
Now she wants me to take the toilet off the floor and look inside. Does it make any sense? What are the chances that the earring is inside the toilet, not in the city sewer line?

That’s 6-year old very regular toilet.
It was flushed once (during earring mishap).
What is the chance it’s still inside toilet trap? 20%? 10%? 1%?

diamond earring in sink drain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
my boyfriend bought me expensive diamond earrings and i dropped it in the sink drain whileputting it on. i asked everyone to use the kitchen sink instead of the bathroom sink so it will not get washed away. i dont wanna call a plumber (because my mom said i need to be responsible and pay with my own money) and i dont have a wrench but i do have pliers and other common fixing stuff. please help if that earring gets washed away i will be very sad!

My diamond earring fell in dog poop, what should I do?
I was wearing my diamon earrings to this more formal Christma Eve Party, well on the way to my car on the way to the party my earring fell out and landed right in my dog’s poop (I know gross), if they were just some 10 dollar earrings I would throw them away but they were over 100 dollars and I’m not going to throw that away, what should I do? how can I make the earring sterril so I don’t have to throw it away.
