How do you heal a nipple piercing after you remove the ring?
My hubby wants to remove his nipple piercings, but wants to know how to let them heal. Does he have to pack the holes with something or just remove the bars and let it heal on its own?

What to eat:
For the first few days your tongue will be sore and might be swollen so you can only eat cold things. Such as ice, popsicles, jello, cold pudding, slushies, anything cold. If you can chew let your food cool down. DO NOT EAT HOT FOOD. Let it cool down first. I believe hot food causes your blood vessels to expand or let more blood flow through, but don’t quote me on this. DO NOT eat spicy food either. Just think COLD food and drink plenty of water. Also Vitamin C and Zinc supplements help in healing faster. I took 2000 mg of ascorbic Vitamin C and a multivitamin complex as my tongue healed.
