Help me get my body ready for swim suit season!?
I want to loose 10lbs(I’m currently 120 and 5’3) and tone my muscles so I can look good in a bathing suit. I’m already set on the eating healthy stuff, I just need help with the excercise.
I have time set aside, 30 minutes everyday. What excercises can I do without any equipment? I was thinking jump-roping every other day and doing sit ups and stuff on the other days.
