How do I burn AVIs to watch in my DVD player?
Hi. Is there any software, that will allow me to burn AVIs onto blank dvds so I am able to put them into my dvd player and watch it?
I am looking for software that can make chapters and such if possible, since i will try to fit several movies/vdeo files.

to hook up surround speakers for tv is a dvd player needed?
or any other go between? can the speakers just hook up to the tv, if its a new tv. im using creative 5.1 pc speakers. just curious, i don’t mess anything up hopefully someone can help.

How to play an avi file on a normal DVD player without conversion?
I am trying to play an avi file on my DVD player but unfortunately it doesnt work. A friend of mine made a DVD disk which had 4 avi movies and they all worked perfectly on my DVD player. Can anyone tell me which software should I use to make my avi movies work on my DVD player perfectly? And from where can I download that software which will make the movie play without conversion? You need a Divx/AVI/Xvid Compatible DVD Player.
You Probably have a Standard DVD Player which CANT Read AVI.

I’m not sure of any technical or theoretical limits, however, I have used a 75 ft s-video cable and it came through OK. I would assume that if they manufacture the cable to the length you need, it should be acceptable.
