Is there a way to prevent my eye shadow from falling off on to my eyelashes?
I have this really pretty green eyeshadow I love to wear, but the problem is, it flakes off onto my eyelashes through out the day making them look really green as well. Are there any tricks to helping the powder stay put on the eye lid?
