Can I dress formal in Arizona if I wear the right colors?
I dress realy formal and designer and Im not about to start wearing casual clothes. I usualy wear dark colors but I can change that into light colors. I usualy wear nice blouses, blazers, slacks, ballet flats. If I wear them in light colors such as white,blue,pink, etc…could I wear them in Arizona? Im moving somewhere around Phoenix.
