Additional: Ok it’s CZ and not a diamond, do you self a favor and go to a local jewelry store.
The one I work at we make single studs for guys all the time. And one with a cz would be pretty cheap less than $ 20. You’ll also be able to actually hold it up to your ear and see if the size suits you.
