How do I get my tv to get a signal when the dvd player is connected?
I have a Bravia tv and I just connected my dvd player to it however when I go to the menu to select the ‘dvd’ option it says ‘no signal’. I cannot figure out what the heck I am doing wrong and the instruction booklet is useless. I’m at my wits end, everything is plugged in, but no signal. Help!

How do I connect my dvd player to my wall-mounted plasma tv, w/ directv receiver?
My house is new construction so I had the cables run behind the walls from the tv, which is mounted above the fireplace, to custom-built cabinets, on either side of the fireplace, which hold my dvd player and directv receiver. The cables that I have to work w/ are both being used by the directv receiver. So is there any way I can hook the dvd player up through the receiver?

How to burn all avi files in a single folder to dvd so I could watch them on my dvd player?
I just finished downloading all episodes of the three stooges and want to burn them to dvd, but dont know how. I categorized them into 5 folders that have 4 GB of avi . each episode is about 16 min each and about 30 each folder. I have imgburn, but need the correct steps in doing this.

How should I connect my dvd player to my tv?
I can do it either via component or the use of an hdmi to dvi cable. My tv is hdtv capable but does not have an hdmi input.

How do you flip the screen on a portable dvd player?
I have a portable dvd player tha i would like to put in my car. but how would i flip the screen so the that it can be installed in the car and flip down the right-way. a friend explained to me that if you open it it could be flipped by moving/switching a wire but how would i do this?
